History

The foundry was established in 1910 as a company focusing on the production of grey cast iron castings for boilers, radiators and fittings.

In the 1960s, the foundry became the metallurgical base for the production of cast iron castings for MSA, a. s. - a major manufacturer of industrial valves and pumps.

Present

Since 2003 RKL Slévárna, s.r.o. has been a part of the RKL Opava, spol. s r.o. group of companies, providing comprehensive logistics services in transport, including warehousing, distribution and business activities in the engineering industry.

RKL Slévárna, s.r.o. produces castings from grey and ductile iron, supplies engineering products, paints and wooden packaging for major industrial companies throughout Europe and the world.
